HARMONY ROSE VODICKA
ACTIVITIES
Throughout my college experience, I have had many life-changing opportunities and found amazing communities. Below are some of my most prevalent organization memberships and exciting endeavors during these past few school years!

United Arab Emirates Study Abroad
In January 2023, I traveled with the Professional Writing Department at MSU to the United Arab Emirates for a study abroad program. For one week, we traveled between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, diving into the Arab World and becoming enveloped in the culture. I hope to use this experience to educate others about this wonderful
culture.

Student Chapter of Habitat for Humanity
When I started university, I wanted to find an organization that allowed me to pursue some of my passions for volunteering and supporting my community. With this goal in mind, I found the MSU Student Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, where I began volunteering bi-monthly with the organization, and served as the President for three years.

LOGOS: Undergraduate Research Journal
I started my journey as a Peer Reviewer for the Missouri State Honor College's undergraduate research journal, LOGOS my freshman year of university. Since then, I have been selected to intern as the Copy Editor for the most recent volume, Volume 17; served as the Chief Editor in the spring for Volume 18; and am now the Managing Editor of the journal.

Bears Lead and Bears Lead Ambassadors
After starting my schooling at MSU, I was invited to join Bears Lead. This program was dedicated to supporting first-generation multi-cultural students' transition to university life, and I was surrounded by an outstanding community of mentors and peers while in this program. After my graduation from Bears Lead, I served as a Student Ambassador for one year to support the next group of incoming students.
